Replacement

Products purchased from the online store may be exchanged if a defect or fault is found in the product. If such situations are identified, the customer will have 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the product to request an exchange by sending an email to contact@enjoymath.com.br . It is essential that the customer inform the reason for the exchange, the invoice number, photos that prove the product defect, the order number and the number of their personal document.

When requesting a product exchange, the customer will be instructed on how to send the product to the address for exchanges and returns, always accompanied by the respective invoice, purchase details (order number), original packaging and correspondence with the reason for the exchange. After receiving the order and the justification for the exchange request, Enjoy Math reserves the right to technically evaluate the problem indicated.

If there are signs of incorrect handling or use of the product by the recipient that may be the cause of the defect or flaw; if the return of the product is not preceded by prior communication or is made outside the deadline; or if the product is not accompanied by the respective documentation, described above, Enjoy Math will not accept the exchange request and the product will be returned to the customer at the same delivery address, who must assume the costs of reshipping.

If the customer's information is verified to be true, the new product will be sent to the customer as soon as the publisher has completed the technical evaluation of the problem. If the same product is found to be out of stock, the customer may wait for it to be added to our inventory or request an exchange for another product. In this case, the difference between the amount paid and the amount of the product to be exchanged will be charged if the amount paid is less than the total value of the chosen product, or refunded by Enjoy Math if the amount paid is higher.
