Replacement

The exchange of products purchased in the virtual store may be carried out if a defect or defect in the product is found. If such situations were identified, the customer will have a period of 7 (seven) days, from the date of receipt of the product, to make the request for exchange of the same through the email contact@enjoymath.com.br. It is essential that the customer inform the reason for the exchange, the invoice number, photos that prove the product defect, the order number and the number of your personal document.

When requesting the exchange of the product, the customer will be advised about the arrangements for shipping it to the address for exchanges and returns, always accompanied by the respective invoice, data of your purchase (order number), original packaging and correspondence with the reason for the replacement. After receiving the order and justifying the exchange request, Enjoy Math reserves the right to technically assess the problem pointed out.

If there is evidence of handling or incorrect use of the product by the recipient that may be causing the defect or addiction; if the refund of the product is not preceded by prior notification or is made after the deadline; or even, the product is not accompanied by the respective documentation, described previously, Enjoy Math will not accept the exchange order and the product will be returned to the customer at the same delivery address, which he will have to bear with the shipping costs.

Once the veracity of the client's information is verified, the new product will be sent to the client as soon as the publisher's technical assessment of the problem is finalized.

Eventually, if it is found that the same product does not exist in our inventory, the customer may wait for it to enter our inventory or request to exchange it for another product. In this case, the difference between the amounts paid and that of the product to be exchanged will be charged if the amount paid is less than the total amount of the chosen product, or returned by Enjoy Math, if the amount paid is higher.

Devolution

Our customer has the right to protect himself from any problems when receiving the product, being able to immediately return it in the following cases:

  • open or damaged packaging;

  • damaged product;

  • product in disagreement with order;

In these cases, you must allocate the reason for the refusal and return of the product in a specific field of the receipt document, and such occurrences should be communicated to Enjoy Math through the email contact@enjoymath.com.br

If, however, the product is inadvertently received, with the occurrence of one or more of the hypotheses described above, the customer must contact us by e-mail within 48 (forty-eight) hours after receiving the product, following from then on, the instructions previously described for exchanges.
